With this kit, students will explore the Environmental Literacy and Sustainability components of the STEELS Standards. The kit provides students with hands-on experiences to explore the principles of electrical circuits by identifying the different factors required for constructing wiring in series and parallel configurations. Through engaging activities, students will design and build fruit batteries, allowing them to creatively address a common problem by determining which configuration generates the highest voltage. This interactive approach not only deepens their understanding of electrical concepts but also encourages problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
